Personal observation: among other skills, it seems to help train mindfulness.

A couple of tips:

- if you come across a difficult task, do not rush to bruteforce all the possible options, try calmly, bit by bit, solve it, do not rely on luck, do not chase time.

- the switching-on of squares (especially the second level of complexity) with the multiplication and division enabled allows you to get extremely complex tasks.
